We recommend enabling tracking on your iOS device to enjoy a more personalized experience and ensure accurate tracking of purchases and progress in gaming apps and websites hosting deals.
Tracking isn't required to participate, but enabling it will give you the most rewarding experience with KashKick.
Must-Have Settings for Success
Apple iOS devices do not allow tracking by default, and some iOS features prevent apps from tracking your activity.
To make sure tracking works correctly, confirm these device settings:
Enable Allow Apps to Request to Track
Disable iCloud Private Relay
Disable or disconnect from VPNs or proxies
Also, be sure that you:
Use links from KashKick to install game apps or sign up for deals
Only participate in games or deals you haven't tried before
Install apps on your go-to gaming device
Always accept cookies and allow tracking when prompted
Together, these steps help ensure you meet the tracking and eligibility requirements, allowing us to reward your participation.

Enable Allow Apps to Request to Track
If you haven't enabled Allow Apps to Request to Track in your device's Tracking settings, you won't receive an invitation to allow tracking in KashKick or any other app. Remember, tracking lets KashKick receive updates on your activity in apps so we can confirm you're meeting your earning goals.
Therefore, it's important that you enable Allow Apps to Request to Track on your device. Here's how to do it:
Open device Settings; it's the gear icon.
Scroll to Privacy & Security, then tap it.
Tap Tracking.
Tap Allow Apps to Request to Track.
Tap to enable KashKick.

When you install a game app or visit a deal website, allow tracking when asked. This helps us stay updated on your progress and rewards you accordingly.
Disable iCloud Private Relay
This Apple feature is enabled by default on your device if you're running the latest iOS or have an iCloud+ subscription. Private Relay masks your IP address, preventing apps like KashKick from tracking your activity and knowing your location.
With Private Relay enabled, we won't be able to reward your activity in our app and games or verify your identity at Kash Out. For this reason, we recommend you disable it and keep it off.
To disable iCloud Private Relay:
Go to Settings; it's the gear icon.
Tap your name icon.
Tap iCloud.
Scroll to Private Relay and tap it.
Tap Turn Off Private Relay.
Choosing the 'Turn Off Until Tomorrow' option at step 5 isn't recommended, as Private Relay will reactivate after 24 hours and could interfere with tracking.

For games, check the My Games tab, and for Deals, check the In Progress tab, to see if your activity has been recorded accurately. See also Tracking your progress in games and deals.

Disable or Disconnect from VPN
Using a VPN can interfere with tracking, and under our Terms of Service, we do not support its use. You may be connected to a VPN without realizing it, especially if you're at work or in a different location. To make sure you're not using a VPN, check your device settings.
To disable VPN on iOS:
Go to device Settings; it's the gear icon.
Tap General.
Scroll to VPN & Device Management, then tap it.
Tap to disable VPN.
How to Confirm Tracking Works
After you tap Earn $ for a game, it will appear as Pending on the My Games tab in Games while we confirm your install. This usually takes a few minutes to a few hours. Once confirmed, the status changes to In Progress, and you can track your progress toward goals and rewards.
If your game is still Pending or your activity isn't showing after 6 hours, contact Support.
Deals typically take up to 24 hours to appear on the In Progress tab in Deals. Deals with a single earning goal move directly to the History tab once complete.
You should also see kash in your account when you complete your first earning goal.
