Confirm your progress
First, check whether your progress has been tracked:

Deals: In Progress
If your activity hasn’t appeared within 24 hours of installing, signing up, or completing a goal, tracking likely failed.
Fix tracking issues
These fixes address the most common causes of tracking issues. Be aware that tracking requirements and settings vary by mobile device type (iOS and Android). Confirm these settings on your mobile device to give yourself the best shot at tracking success.
1. Allow tracking on your mobile device
Turn on tracking for both KashKick and the game
Check the Tracking Health tool in the account menu
2. Disable VPNs and turn off blockers and extensions
Disable VPNs or proxies
Turn off ad blockers or extensions
Turn off iCloud Private Relay (iOS only)
3. Stay on a single reliable mobile device
Stay on the same device you started with
Ensure a stable internet connection
4. Confirm your eligibility for rewards
Must be a new user
Must install or sign up through KashKick
Check again
After updating your settings, wait a few hours and check your progress again in KashKick.
