Open the account menu.
Select Tracking Health.
Understanding your status
On the Tracking Health Check page, review your status indicator:
Good to go β No issues detected
Needs attention β At least one potential tracking issue found
Needs fixing β Two or more issues detected that may impact tracking
Address at-risk items before continuing to play or participate in deals.
Eligibility rules or other device settings can interfere with tracking. The Tracking Health Check aims to identify the most common tracking issues.
