Why isn't my progress showing up in KashKick?

Progress usually shows within a few hours, but it can take up to 12 hours. If it’s been 24+ hours, there may be a tracking or eligibility issue.


Check these first

Eligibility

  • Must be a new user (no previous installs/sign-ups)

  • Review Additional Info for requirements

  • Install or sign up through KashKick

Device

  • Use the same device you started on

  • Don’t switch devices or operating systems

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable

  • Update the KashKick app

  • Restart your device

Tracking settings

  • Enable tracking (cookies on, Do Not Track off)

  • Turn off VPNs or proxies

  • Disable ad blockers/extensions

  • Turn off iCloud Private Relay (iOS only)


Check your progress

  • Games: My Games

  • Deals: In Progress
