Troubleshooting steps
If you don’t see your game or deal showing as in progress in KashKick within 24 hours, something isn’t working.
Stop playing and try these troubleshooting steps:
Confirm you aren't connected to a VPN or Proxy.
Disable ad or extension blockers.
Confirm you're using the device you initially used to accept the game or deal.
Confirm iCloud Private Relay is disabled. (iOS only)
Check back in a few hours to see if it appears in progress. If you're still experiencing issues, contact Support.
