Troubleshooting steps
Confirm you have tracking enabled on your device, including accepting cookies and disabling 'Do Not Track' settings.*
Disable or disconnect from a VPN or proxy, as they can block tracking mechanisms.
Disable ad or extension blockers, including popular extensions like Honey, as these can interfere with tracking.
Disable iCloud Private Relay if you're on iOS, because it acts like a VPN and affects tracking accuracy.*
Confirm you're using the device on which you initially installed the game or accepted the deal and avoid switching devices or operating systems mid-offer.
Confirm that you haven't previously installed the game app or signed up for the deal. Only new users are eligible to receive rewards.
Review the Additional Info section at the bottom of the game or deal card to ensure you meet all the requirements.
Ensure you have a stable and secure internet connection.
After completing these steps, return to KashKick to see if your progress shows up. For games, go to the My Games (or My Challenges on iOS) tab. For deals, go to the Deals - In Progress tab.
If you're still experiencing issues, contact Support for more help. However, please note that KashKick cannot manually update your progress in KashKick, as activity reporting depends on game advertisers.
