Why is my progress not showing up in KashKick?

Your progress usually appears in KashKick within a few hours, but it can take up to 24 hours. If it's still not showing up after 24 hours, it might be due to tracking issues or because you don’t meet the device or eligibility requirements for the game or deal.

We understand this can be frustrating, but we're here to help!


Troubleshooting tips

Each of these factors can affect how offers track in KashKick. Check each one to troubleshoot issues.

Eligibility

  • Must be a new user (no previous installs or sign-ups)

  • Check Additional Info for requirements

Device

  • Use the original device you started the offer on

  • Don’t switch devices/operating systems

  • Stable internet connection required

Tracking & Privacy

  • Enable tracking (cookies + disable Do Not Track)*

  • VPN/proxy must be off

  • Ad/extension blockers must be off (e.g., Honey)

  • iCloud Private Relay must be off (iOS only)*

After troubleshooting

Check progress in KashKick:

  • Games: My Games tab

  • Deals: Deals → In Progress
