Fix issues with tracking

If your activity in a game app or with a deal isn't appearing in KashKick, tracking might be the cause. We use tracking to accurately record your activity and purchases, allowing us to provide you with a more personalized and rewarding experience. Follow the tips in this article to confirm and troubleshoot tracking.


Confirm your progress

Start by reviewing your progress on the KashKick offer, then compare it with your progress in the game app or deal website. Here's how:

  • Android or kashkick.com users - Go to the My Games tab in Games

  • iOS users - Go to the My Games tab in Games

  • Deals for all devices - Go to the Deals - In Progress tab.

If you don't see your activity on the game or deal card in KashKick within 24 hours after installing the game, signing up for the deal, or reaching a goal, and you've confirmed you meet the offer eligibility requirements, then tracking isn't working correctly.


Common causes of tracking issues

Tracking may not work due to:

Tracking & privacy settings

  • Game apps or KashKick not allowed to track

  • Cookies disabled or opted out

  • VPNs, DNS settings, or proxies masking identity/location

  • Ad blockers or browser extensions interfering

Device & connection

  • Switching devices during an active offer

  • Unstable or weak internet connection

Eligibility & installation source

  • Installing the game app or signing up for the deal from a source other than KashKick


Troubleshooting steps

Try these steps to resolve tracking issues:

1. Enable tracking

  • Turn on tracking for both the game app and KashKick.

  • Make sure device-level tracking (for your Android or iOS device) is enabled.

  • Check the Tracking Health Dashboard to confirm your settings.*

2. Turn off privacy blockers

  • Disconnect from any VPNs or proxies.

  • Disable ad or extension blockers.

  • Turn off iCloud Private Relay (iOS only).

3. Confirm you’re on the correct device

  • Use the same device you originally used to install the game or start the deal.

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.

4. Check eligibility

  • You must be a new user for the game or deal.

  • If you previously installed the app or signed up through another source, you won’t be eligible for rewards.

After completing these steps, wait a few hours and check if your progress appears in KashKick.

*Look for the Tracking Health link in the account menu inside the KashKick app. The Tracking Health tool helps you verify tracking, VPN, and iCloud Private Relay (iOS) settings.
