There could be several reasons why you didn't get rewards.
Have you played this game before?
We can only reward new users who haven't previously installed or signed up for the game with KashKick, similar apps, or an app store. This includes installing a game you've already played on a different device or using a new account on the same device.
Is tracking enabled on your device?
KashKick uses game app tracking to ensure accurate progress and purchase history. Without tracking enabled, we won't be able to confirm your achievements in games to reward you appropriately. Specific device settings and features may also interfere with tracking.

Is your device online?
For tracking to work between KashKick and the game app, you must play only while your device is online. You must also play on just one device—playing on multiple devices with the same account will interfere with reporting.
Did you reach the earning goal on time?
Check your timeline on the game card in My Games. Look for the timestamp or the 'Complete in X days' text next to the goal.
Be sure to take screenshots or screen recordings as proof of your current game level and achievements to validate your progress if needed.
If something seems wrong, double-check your progress in the game app and contact Support for help. Providing screenshots of your progress in the game app may help us resolve issues.
