Why can't I access my account?

Fix account access issues.

Updated this week

If you're having trouble logging in, it's likely due to a password or username issue. However, if you're trying to log in and receive a notice that your account has been deactivated or is on hold, you're likely wondering why and how to fix it.

At KashKick, we work hard to keep your account safe. We monitor account activity and temporarily suspend accounts if we spot anything unusual or if they haven't been active for 90 days. Whenever you're ready, we'll be happy to help you log back in.

Accounts may also be deactivated occasionally due to detection by a non-US carrier, prolonged inactivity, or user-initiated actions. This helps keep the KashKick community safe and secure.

Heads up—you may need to verify your identity to recover your account.

Suspicious activity hold

Our Support team monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If we note potentially fraudulent earnings, Kash Out requests, a non-US carrier, or logins from outside the US, we will hold your account for up to 30 days to investigate. Verification may be required to reactivate such accounts.

If you try to log in during that time, you will be asked to answer questions about your recent account activity. Support will review your responses and investigate within 2-3 days. If everything seems secure, we will reactivate your account. If not, your account will be closed, and you will forfeit your earnings.

If your account is reactivated, a survey block may apply for the first three days, temporarily restricting access to surveys. This helps ensure compliance with our terms and conditions.

Platform restrictions

We recommend accessing your account, installing, or signing up for offers using a single device. Additionally, we require that you use either an iOS or Android device, but not both. If you do, we may flag your account for multi-platform usage, which may result in account suspension or termination, leading to the loss of progress and rewards.

Inactive & deactivated accounts

If you haven't logged in for 90 days or more, when you attempt to log in, you will see a notification explaining that your account has been deactivated. You can click to reactivate your account, and we will send you a welcome-back email. However, per our Terms of Service, you forfeit your earnings after 90 days of inactivity.

To avoid inactivity-related deactivations, consider logging in periodically and ensuring compliance with the KashKick Terms of Service. Repeated violations could result in account termination and loss of earnings.
