How can I manage tracking settings in a game app?

Updated over a week ago

App Tracking on Android and iOS

If you're using an Android device, tracking usually happens automatically by default. See Tracking on Android for more details.

On iOS, however, tracking relies on your privacy settings. If you haven’t enabled Allow Apps to Request to Track, you won’t receive prompts from apps asking for tracking permission, and tracking will be blocked by default.

To ensure KashKick and game apps can accurately track your progress and purchase history, we recommend turning on this setting.

How to enable tracking on iOS:

  1. Open your device's Settings.

  2. Go to Privacy & Security > Tracking.

  3. Toggle on Allow Apps to Request to Track.

For more help, see Tracking on iOS.

How to check game app settings

Many apps, on Android and iOS, include their own tracking or privacy options in the Settings menu. To review them:

  1. Open the app.

  2. Go to Settings or Preferences.

  3. Look for any options related to tracking, permissions, or privacy.
