Why is my progress not showing up in KashKick?

This could be caused by tracking not working correctly or because you're not meeting the device or eligibility requirements for the offer (game or deal).

We know this can be frustrating. Try our tips for troubleshooting this issue. If that doesn't work, contact Support for more help.

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Confirm you have tracking enabled on your device.*

  2. Disable or disconnect from a VPN or proxy.

  3. Disable ad or extension blockers.

  4. Disable iCloud Private Relay if you're on iOS.*

  5. Confirm you're using the device on which you initially installed the game or accepted the deal.

  6. Confirm that you haven't previously installed the game app or signed up for the deal. Only new users are eligible to receive rewards.

  7. Review the Additional Info section at the bottom of the game or deal card to ensure you're meeting all the requirements.

Then, in a few hours, return to KashKick to see if your progress shows up.

  • For games, go to the My Games (or My Challenges on iOS) tab.

  • For deals, go to the Deals - In Progress tab.
