Purchases must be made in Safari on your mobile device, not on a desktop or in merchant apps. Rewards are subject to approval by the merchant–exclusions apply. Typically, rewards are confirmed within 3 to 14 weeks.

Enable KashBack in Safari
Open Safari on your iOS mobile device.
Tap the menu icon in the address bar.
Tap Manage Extensions.
Enable KashKick KashBack.
Tap the extension to set permissions.
Select Always Allow and Always Allow On Every Website to ensure tracking works.

There are 3 ways to see KashBack offers as you shop online. Merchant offers may be a percentage or kash back on purchases.

Look for KashBack deals above store links in the list of results.
Visit the site to activate the offer and make a purchase to get your initial reward and the advertised kash back.

To open KashBack and browse offers:
Open Safari on your device.
Tap the menu icon in the address bar.
Tap KashKick KashBack.
When the extension opens, pull the drawer up to see featured merchants.
Search for a specific merchant or browse featured merchants.
Tap a merchant to activate the offer on their site.
Make a purchase on the site to get your initial reward and the advertised kash back.
Share and earn more
Share offers with friends to get even more kash back! After you activate an offer, you can share it via a link or directly to Facebook, X, or email. The amount of kash back for sharing varies for each offer. Track your earnings on the My Kash page in KashKick.
Coupons at checkout
At checkout, KashBack looks for coupons that give you a percentage off an item or the overall purchase price. When prompted, tap Check for Coupons.
If a coupon is found, you'll be notified of your savings. If a coupon isn't available, KashBack will let you know you've already got the best price.
Tap Continue to Checkout to apply the coupon and complete your purchase.
Tracking rewards
To view your rewards, tap View Rewards after activating an offer or View Rewards Dashboard when browsing merchants. This opens the My Kash page in KashKick, which lists all your rewards.
Things to know about rewards:
They will appear as pending before approval, which can take 3 to 14 weeks
For travel purchases, rewards are given after the trip is complete
For excluded purchases, rewards show as $0.00, Canceled
For returned purchases, rewards show a negative amount, e.g., -$.50 or -$5.00
Remember, rewards are subject to merchant approval–exclusions and rules apply.

You may need to adjust Safari extension settings to enable browser extensions like KashBack.
Go to device Settings.
Tap Apps > Safari.
Tap Extensions.
Under Allow These Extensions, ensure KashKick KashBack is On.
If not, tap it, then enable Allow Extension.
If you have content and privacy restrictions on your phone, such as limiting adult websites, they may interfere with browser extensions like KashBack.
Go to device Settings.
Tap Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
If Content & Privacy Restrictions are enabled, tap App Store, Media, Web, & Games.
Check to see if Web Content is set to Unrestricted.
If it is not, tap and select Unrestricted.
If these steps don't work, contact Support for help.

There could be several reasons why you did not receive your kash. The most common reason is tracking blockers.
To make sure tracking works as required:
Allow tracking when prompted in KashKick and KashBack, or
Manually enable and allow tracking for the KashBack extension
Check your iOS settings to confirm privacy protection settings aren't preventing tracking
Disable ad blockers or add KashBack as an exception to your blocker
Disable or disconnect from your VPN
Another reason could be that the offer period or the referral link has expired. Some merchants restrict earnings to purchases made within 24 hours of clicking the referral link.

There are several reasons why you might see a $0.00 reward in My Kash - History:
The items you purchased were excluded from the merchant's kash back offer
You returned or canceled a purchase immediately
You purchased an item, like a vacation package, that must be redeemed before you can get rewards

Can I use another shopping extension with KashBack?
Yes, you can. When visiting an eligible merchant's site, you might see offers from each extension. If you activate a KashBack offer and then apply an offer from a different extension or even the merchant's site, the KashBack offer may be deactivated.
To reactivate the KashBack offer:
Look for a notification from KashBack explaining that the offer was deactivated.
Tap Reactivate Kashback.

It might. To prevent ad blockers from interfering, add KashBack to your exceptions list. The steps will vary depending on which ad blocker you're using.
Tap the ad blocker icon in the top right of your browser.
Tap the Settings icon in the extension pop-up.
Find and select Filter Lists.
Copy and paste https://wild.link.filterlist.allow.txt in the custom exception field.
Apply or save changes.
If you're still having trouble but want to use KashBack, disable your ad blocker.

If you receive kash back on a purchase but return part or all of the items later, the kash you earned on the purchased items will be subtracted from your account. This shows up in your My Kash - History as a negative amount highlighted in gray.
