Get shopping deals

Explore shopping deals on the KashKick app by visiting the merchant slider on the Dashboard or the Shopping page (available only on iOS). You can also kash in on deals advertised in our KashBack newsletter—simply follow the links in the newsletter.

Purchases must be made on the merchant's website, not through their app. Be sure to follow the links from the Dashboard, Shopping page, or KashBack newsletter to receive credit.

  2. Scroll to Shopping.

  4. Tap Shop Now on a merchant card, or tap a merchant's logo to visit their site.

  5. Make a purchase and get kash back!

After you purchase, we'll email you to confirm your rewards. You can also track your rewards on the My Kash page in KashKick.

Rewards are subject to merchant approval–exclusions may apply–and are typically confirmed within 3-14 days.


FAQ

Why didn't I receive kash back on my purchase?

There could be several reasons why you did not receive your kash. The most common reason is the use of tracking blockers.

To make sure tracking works as required:

  • Allow tracking when prompted in KashKick and KashBack, or

  • Manually enable and allow tracking for the KashBack extension

  • Check your iOS settings to confirm privacy protection settings aren't preventing tracking

  • Disable ad blockers or add KashBack as an exception to your blocker

  • Disable or disconnect from your VPN

Another reason could be that the offer period or the referral link has expired. Some merchants restrict earnings to purchases made within 24 hours of clicking the referral link.

Why is my KashBack shopping reward $0.00?

There are several reasons why you might see a $0.00 reward in My Kash - History:

  • The items you purchased were excluded from the merchant's kashback offer

  • You returned or canceled a purchase immediately

  • You purchased an item, like a vacation package, that must be redeemed before you can get rewards

What happens if I return my purchase?

If you receive kash back on a purchase but return part or all of the items later, the kash you earned on the purchased items will be subtracted from your account. This appears in your My Kash - History as a negative amount, highlighted in gray.
