Account on hold or inactive

Learn why your account might be on hold and what it means to have an inactive account.

Updated over a week ago

At KashKick, we work hard to keep your account safe. We monitor account activity, and if we spot anything weird or if your account hasn't been active for 90 days, we temporarily suspend it. Whenever you're ready, we'll gladly help you log in.

Occasionally, accounts may also be deactivated due to detection by a non-US carrier, prolonged inactivity, or user-initiated actions. This helps keep the KashKick community safe and secure.

Heads up, you may need to verify your identity to recover your account.

Suspicious activity hold

Our Support team monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If we note potentially fraudulent earnings, Kash Out requests, a non-US carrier, or logins from outside the US, we will hold your account for up to 30 days to investigate. Verification may be required to reactivate such accounts.

If you try to log in during that time, you will be asked to answer questions about your recent account activity. Support will review your responses and take 2-3 days to investigate. If everything seems secure, we will reactivate your account. If not, your account will be closed, forfeiting your earnings.

In cases where an account is reactivated, be aware that a survey block may apply for the first three days, restricting access to surveys temporarily. This measure helps ensure compliance with platform regulations.

Inactive accounts

If we haven't seen you in a while–90 days or more–when you try to log in, you will see a notification explaining that your account has been deactivated. You can click to reactivate your account, and we will send you an email welcoming you back.

Per our Terms of Service, you forfeit your earnings after 90 days of inactivity.

To avoid inactivity-related deactivations, consider logging in periodically and ensuring compliance with KashKick’s guidelines.
