To complete a Kash Out to Venmo, you must enter the email address associated with your Venmo account—not your @handle or username.
To find your Venmo email in the Venmo app:
Go to Settings.
Tap Account.
View the email listed on your profile.
If you don't have the app, try logging into the Venmo website.
Make sure you enter your exact email address when requesting your Kash Out.
Important
Your @handle will not work.
The email must be tied to an active, U.S.-based Venmo account.
